The Orbit Systems provides you with immediate technical assistance with the method of directly connecting to the technical department.

Our technical department with the VNC technology can intervene on your computer, making the necessary steps to fix the problem.

The process is as follows: 

 

  1. Download then file OSnetVNC.exe  from our website here.
  2. Inform us about the problem that  has occurred.
  3. Follow the instructions of opening a connection to the technical department of Orbit Systems.

Application OSnetVNC.exe is a modified version of UltraVNC.
Double click on the location where you placed the file will be started.
 

If you have Vista operating warning message will appear, answer accepted.

You will see the implementation as follows:
